The Vestry is the agent and legal representative of the Parish and constitutes the board of officers. It is made up of seven lay leaders who serve for a three-year term. Each of these Vestry members is faithful to God and a vital part of St. Michael’s. They assist the Rector in planning, developing and implementing church goals and objectives.
